• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certificate or associate degree in a related field preferred
• Attention to Detail Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate operations.
• Problem-Solving Skills Excellent problem-solving skills to address equipment issues.
• Technical Equipment Knowledge Knowledge of operating and maintaining heat treating equipment.
