Job Description

As a Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating and processing claims filed by our clients. You will analyze the validity of claims, determine damages, and ensure our clients receive the appropriate compensation. This role requires effective communication with clients and various stakeholders to manage claims efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and process claims promptly to ensure efficient service.
  • Work directly with clients to gather necessary information.
  • Prepare detailed reports of investigation findings.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations governing claims processing.
  • Assist with audits and quality assurance checks on claims files.
  • Participate in client meetings to discuss claims status.
  • Identify areas for improvement in claims handling procedures.
  • Maintain knowledge of best practices in the insurance industry.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Document any changes in claim status and relevant communications.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in insurance or claims management

Certifications
  • Certified Claims Professional (CCP)
