We are seeking a detail-oriented Auditor to join our team in Chicago. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and have a thorough understanding of auditing standards. You will be responsible for conducting audits, preparing reports, and providing recommendations for improvements.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze financial transactions to ensure accuracy.
• Implement and monitor compliance with auditing standards.
• Identify and report any discrepancies or irregularities.
• Coordinate with external auditors during fieldwork.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in public accounting

Certifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA)
