Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Tool and Die Maker to join our manufacturing team. This position involves applying advanced finishing techniques to metal die casts, ensuring high-quality surface standards, and collaborating with production teams to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate metalworking tools for various tasks.
• Conduct routine inspections of finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any equipment or tooling issues.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production schedules and improvements.
• Assure the cleanliness and maintenance of the workplace.
• Collaborate with quality assurance personnel to adhere to standards.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in CNC machining is a plus

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in metalworking, finishing, or CNC operation

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of metals and alloys
