Responsibilities

• Monitor production outputs and suggest improvements.
• Facilitate workshops to promote lean manufacturing practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in process improvement

Technical Skills

• Statistical Software
• Industrial Robotics Programming

Certifications

• Certified Lean Practitioner

Languages

• English: Fluent
