Job Description

As a Montessori Teacher at Nurture Learning Academy, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing environment that fosters a love for learning among children aged 3-6 years. Your role includes implementing Montessori principles in daily activities and ensuring every child's unique development needs are met.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the classroom in daily routines and activities that align with Montessori principles.
  • Facilitate children's access to materials that promote hands-on learning.
  • Engage with families to support children's education and well-being.
  • Adapt Montessori approaches for children with special needs.
  • Build and promote a collaborative classroom culture.
  • Support children's exploration of their interests with appropriate resources.
  • Document and evaluate educational outcomes and areas for growth.
  • Deliver quality instruction that focuses on individual children's developmental needs.
  • Ensure safety and health standards are met within the learning environment.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Montessori Education, or related field
Experience
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Montessori environment.
