Job Description

As an Instructional Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing online courses that engage learners and drive results. You’ll collaborate with subject matter experts to create rich, interactive content and evaluate course effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and development of innovative online course programs.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless course integration.
• Evaluate learner feedback to continuously improve course content and delivery.
• Utilize analytics to track student progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Present instructional design concepts to stakeholders to align on project goals.
• Ensure compliance with educational standards and regulations.
• Mentor and support junior instructional designers and course developers.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or related field
• Post-graduate qualifications are a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in instructional design with a focus on digital learning

• Adobe Creative Suite
