We are looking for a skilled and experienced Leather Grainer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge and experience in graining leather and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute finishing processes on various leather types, focusing on detail and precision.
• Collaborate closely with designers to understand specific finishing requirements.
• Monitor production standards and implement improvements where necessary.
• Participate in safety audits and adhere to OSHA regulations.
• Provide feedback to management regarding production challenges and successes.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate's degree in a related field is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in leather finishing and processing

Technical Skills

• Problem-solving
• Knowledge of leather tanning processes

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment: Hands-on experience in production or manufacturing settings is highly desirable.
