Job Description

Join our team as a Zyglo Inspector, where you will be responsible for performing inspections using Zyglo fluorescent penetrant testing methods. You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality standards of our manufactured products are met and maintained.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct inspections using non-destructive Zyglo testing methods to evaluate product quality.
  • Document inspection findings and maintain detailed logs of all testing activities.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and production teams to resolve defects.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations during all operations.
  • Engage in training sessions regarding new inspection technologies and methodologies.
  • Participate in internal audits and quality control assessments.
  • Assist in developing inspection procedures and protocols.
  • Foster a culture of quality within the organization.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification in non-destructive testing preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in quality assurance or inspection role
Technical Skills
  • Quality assurance standards
  • Microsoft Office Suite

Certifications
  • Certified Quality Inspector (CQI)
  • NDT Certification
Languages
