The Antisqueak Worker plays a pivotal role in ensuring that our flooring products operate quietly and efficiently. This position requires a keen eye for detail in identifying noise-related issues in mechanical devices and implementing effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing mechanical systems for potential noise issues.
• Implement solutions to minimize noise through innovative techniques.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to improve product quality.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of inspections and repairs.
• Create and follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
• Assist in troubleshooting mechanical problems during quality checks.

Requirements

Education

• Technical degree in a relevant field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in noise reduction or mechanical maintenance.

Technical Skills

Certifications

• Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM)

Languages
