Job Description

We are seeking skilled Plating Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our production team. The right candidates will operate tin pot machinery, monitoring processes and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of tin pot machinery to meet production targets.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs.
• Assist in training staff in machine setup and operation procedures.
• Enforce safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
• Review production schedules and make adjustments as necessary.
• Assist in inventory management for materials and supplies used.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the production team.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in machinery operation (preferred)

Experience

• Prior experience in manufacturing or machinery operation is a plus

• Attention to detail
• Technical aptitude
• Basic mechanical knowledge

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to follow instructions

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Strong mechanical aptitude: An understanding of machinery mechanics is beneficial.
• Experience with CNC machines: Prior knowledge of CNC operations is a plus.
