Job Description

A Pattern Checker at Fashion Dynamics Inc. will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and accuracy of patterns used in our clothing lines. This role requires keen attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work closely with design teams to uphold our brand’s quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed reviews of patterns for accuracy and quality assurance.
• Engage in daily collaboration with design and production teams.
• Utilize appropriate software tools for pattern verification.
• Document inspection results and maintain quality control records.
• Facilitate communication of pattern issues and potential improvements to team members.
• Continuously assess the pattern-making process for keyword improvements.
• Stay informed about new materials and production techniques.
• Lead pattern training sessions for new staff.
• Contribute to team discussions about design innovations and efficiency improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design or related field
• Certification in Pattern Making is advantageous.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in pattern checking or related roles within the fashion industry.
