Responsibilities

  • Diagnose hardware and software issues for users.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple support requests.
  • Ensure timely updates of software applications.
  • Provide feedback to IT management on system improvements.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay current with technology trends.
  • Assist in the development of disaster recovery plans.
  • Provide escalated support for complex technical issues.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Relevant certifications are a plus
Experience
  • 1+ years of experience in technical support or help desk roles
