Job Description

As a Furnace, Kiln, Oven, Drier, and Kettle Operator, you will be responsible for operating industrial equipment to ensure production quality and efficiency. Your role is critical in maintaining optimal operation conditions and guaranteeing safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Run and oversee kiln operations ensuring temperatures are regulated properly.
• Perform regular equipment checks to maintain high safety standards.
• Document production data for management assessments.
• Support maintenance staff in troubleshooting equipment failures.
• Assist in training new hires on safety protocols and equipment handling.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with other departments regarding production needs.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in pressure tank operation or related field.

Languages
