Responsibilities

• Oversee the performance of all mechanics and provide mentorship.
• Ensure all repairs are completed to industry standards and specifications.
• Manage shop workflow and improve efficiency through effective scheduling.
• Participate in hiring and training new mechanics.
• Evaluate parts and tools needed for service jobs.
• Maintain good relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Conduct safety meetings and promote a culture of safety in the workplace.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Technical certification in automotive service preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the automotive repair industry, including supervisory experience.

• Leadership in Automotive Service
• Vehicle Diagnostics

Certifications

• ASE Certification
• EPA Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
