Responsibilities
Respond to IT inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
Help users navigate software applications and resolve usability issues.
Perform regular maintenance on IT equipment.
Work with vendors for hardware and software procurement.
Maintain an inventory of spare parts and equipment.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
Experience
2+ years of experience in technical support roles
