Job Description

As a Time Clock Inspector at Time Tech Solutions, you will play a critical role in ensuring precision in timekeeping for our clients. Your responsibilities will include inspecting time clock systems, troubleshooting issues, and performing repairs to maintain optimal functionality. Responsibilities

• Evaluate and troubleshoot time clock systems for accuracy.
• Lead maintenance and repair initiatives for time clock devices.
• Generate compliance reports and analyses for management review.
• Support colleagues with technical assistance regarding time clock issues.
• Work on upgrading and integrating new timekeeping technologies.
• Promote adherence to labor laws through accurate time record maintenance.
• Perform data analysis to spot patterns in timekeeping errors.
• Assist in setting up new employee time clock accounts.
• Coordinate with IT for system software updates.
• Engage with employees to ensure understanding of timekeeping processes.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Certification in a related field is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years working with time clock systems
