Job Description

As a Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE), you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our suppliers meet the highest quality standards. This involves collaborating closely with suppliers, conducting audits, and implementing quality improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier audits, ensure compliance to standards.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and improve processes.
• Work collaboratively with suppliers to drive quality improvement initiatives.
• Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain documentation on quality processes and supplier performance.
• Assist in the development of supplier selection criteria.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
• Advanced Engineering degree is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience with supplier quality management

Technical Skills

• SAP Quality Management
• Statistical Analysis

Soft Skills

• Team Collaboration
• Problem-Solving

Certifications

• CQE or CSSBB Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with machining processes: Hands-on experience with machining, stamping, or molding processes.
• Proficient in root cause analysis: Ability to perform thorough investigations into product quality issues.
