Industrial Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking an Industrial Engineer to enhance our manufacturing processes in Minneapolis. The selected candidate will apply engineering principles to optimize production, reduce waste, and improve quality. This role requires innovative problem-solving and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct root cause analysis on manufacturing defects and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with suppliers to improve product quality and reliability.
• Create and maintain process documentation for training and compliance.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Evaluate and recommend tools and equipment to enhance manufacturing efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Engineering Management is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in industrial engineering or process optimization

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent
