We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team in Boston. The perfect candidate will possess a passion for innovative design and sustainability, leading various projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision, ensuring that each design reflects their needs while adhering to the highest standards of quality and functionality.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement innovative designs for new buildings and renovations.
• Work closely with clients to refine their vision and requirements.
• Ensure designs are functional, sustainable, and cost-effective.
• Lead project meetings and present updates to clients.
• Manage the design process from initial sketches to final construction.
• Coordinate with consultants to achieve integrated design solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Contribute to marketing efforts by showcasing design capabilities.
• Prepare grant and funding applications for applicable projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree in Sustainable Architecture is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in architectural design

Technical Skills

• BIM Software
• Adobe Creative Suite

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Sustainable Building Advisor (SBA)
• Architectural Registration Examination (ARE)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
