Job Description

As a Stitch Bonding Machine Tender Helper, you will work closely with the Stitch Bonding Machine Operator to assist in the operation of stitching machines that weave together fibers, creating various fabrics. Your role will include monitoring production output and ensuring quality standards are maintained.

Responsibilities

• Feed materials into stitching machines and ensure proper settings.
• Conduct quality checks on materials prior to production.
• Assist in troubleshooting minor machine issues.
• Log production data for tracking and reporting purposes.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss production targets and challenges.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience
