Job Description

We are seeking skilled Sewing Machine Operators to join our production team at XYZ Textiles Corp. The ideal candidates will have experience in operating industrial sewing machines and a keen eye for detail to ensure quality in textile production.

Responsibilities

• Use industrial sewing machines to sew various garment types.
• Monitor sewing machine functioning and perform routine maintenance checks.
• Conduct final inspections and make necessary corrections to ensure quality.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines while operating machinery.
• Participate in production meetings to discuss workflow and improvements.
• Help maintain inventory of fabrics and materials.
• Assist in implementing new sewing techniques and practices.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or GED
• Vocational training in sewing or textiles is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in sewing machine operation

Technical Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
