Job Description

The Ski Production Supervisor oversees the production process of ski manufacturing, ensuring efficient and high-quality ski production while promoting safety compliance throughout the facility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ski production line operations, monitoring equipment performance and conducting regular inspections.
• Assign tasks and provide guidance to production team members to maximize efficiency.
• Conduct performance evaluations and identify training needs for staff development.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align production with market demand.
• Enhance production methods using lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma techniques.
• Document and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Participate in strategic planning for production schedules based on market forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
• Foster a positive team environment, encouraging communication and collaboration.
• Engage with production staff to gather feedback and implement improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or related field

Experience

• 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment

Technical Skills

• Computer-Aided Design (CAD)
• Quality Assurance Techniques

Certifications

• Certified Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)

Languages
