Job Description

As a Food Cooking Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production process by operating our kettle systems to produce high-quality food products. The ideal candidate will have experience in food manufacturing and a keen eye for detail in quality control.

Responsibilities

  • Control cooking temperatures and times to achieve desired product quality.
  • Perform regular quality checks and document findings.
  • Train new employees on kettle operations and safety procedures.
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of work areas as per health regulations.
  • Analyze production flow and recommend improvements.
