We're looking for a proactive Waterman to manage water resources effectively. This position involves hands-on maintenance, data analysis, and collaboration with a dynamic team committed to sustainable water practices.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and calibrate water quality monitoring devices.
• Assist in the design of water management systems.
• Identify problem areas and troubleshoot issues within the water systems.
• Communicate effectively with external agencies for compliance.
• Facilitate community outreach programs related to water conservation.
• Develop training materials based on best practices in water management.
• Participate in emergency preparedness drills for water-related incidents.
• Evaluate recent technologies to enhance water system efficiency.
• Maintain rigorous safety and operational standards.
• Attend regular team meetings to discuss progress and challenges.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering is preferred
• Certifications in water resource management are a plus

Experience

• Experience with water treatment plant operations is a plus
