As an Agricultural Equipment Operator, your primary role will involve the operation and upkeep of essential agricultural machinery. Candidates should have experience in farming practices and mechanical skills to support daily farming operations.

Responsibilities

• Expertly operate farming equipment to support crop production.
• Perform daily checks and maintenance on machinery.
• Coordinate with the team for efficient field operations.
• Assist in implementing precision agriculture technologies.
• Track inventory of equipment parts and report shortages.
• Engage in safety training and uphold safety standards at all times.
• Assist with the supervision of farmhands during operations.

Requirements

Education

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Associate’s degree in Agriculture or related field preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in farm operations

Languages
