Job Description

As a Hay Stacker with Agricultural Solutions LLC, you will be fundamental in efficiently stacking and organizing hay bales. This position demands physical endurance and an eye for detail to maintain safety and efficiency on the farm.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently stack and organize hay bales, following safety protocols.
• Conduct regular checks for bale quality and integrity.
• Utilize machinery such as forklifts for transport.
• Ensure that the work area remains clean and hazard-free.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
• Assist with maintenance of equipment and tools used for stacking.
• Keep accurate records of material movement and inventory.
• Provide support during the hay loading and unloading process.
• Attend safety training and workshops as required.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in farming or related areas

Technical Skills

• Heavy Equipment Operation
• Inventory Management

Certifications

• OSHA Safety Training

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
