Job Description

We are seeking a Fire Supervisor responsible for supervising a team of firefighters, developing fire safety plans, and ensuring the execution of fire drills and risk assessments. A successful candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and leadership skills essential to promoting fire safety awareness.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of firefighters, coordinating daily shifts and responsibilities.
  • Implement fire safety measures across organizational operations.
  • Conduct thorough fire safety training for staff and emergency response teams.
  • Oversee the maintenance and inspection of fire safety equipment.
  • Assess and improve existing fire safety protocols and practices.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on fire safety activities and training sessions.
  • Foster a culture of safety within the organization.
  • Collaborate with insurance companies to conduct risk assessments.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Fire Science or related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience with at least 2 years leading a team
