We are seeking a dedicated Policy Analyst to join our team in Washington, D.C. You will analyze government policies, provide data-driven recommendations, and contribute to reports on key policy issues. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a passion for public service.

Responsibilities

• Perform quantitative and qualitative research on policy issues.
• Write and edit reports that articulate policy analysis findings.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions to align analysis with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with fellow analysts to share insights and improve methodologies.
• Prepare materials for public presentations and stakeholder meetings.
• Track and assess the impact of policy changes over time.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related discipline
• Master's degree or equivalent experience

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in government or public policy roles

Languages

• English: Fluent
