Job Description

As a Botanist at Green Earth Research Institute, you will be responsible for studying various plant species, conducting experiments, and collaborating with a team of scientists. Your insights will drive conservation strategies and contribute to the understanding of plant biodiversity.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive surveys of plant biodiversity in various ecosystems.
  • Collaborate with conservationists to restore habitats.
  • Employ modern technologies in monitoring plant health, such as GIS.
  • Train and oversee volunteers and interns during fieldwork.
  • Analyze research data, ensuring rigorous scientific methodology.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Botany, Plant Sciences, or related field
  • Master's degree in Botany or related field is preferred
