We are seeking a dedicated Solar Photovoltaic Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of solar power systems and be passionate about renewable energy.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and planning of solar installations.
• Perform roof assessments to determine the suitability for solar installations.
• Coordinate with utility companies to facilitate system connections.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in solar technology.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or GED
• Technical diploma in Renewable Energy (preferred)

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in solar PV systems or related fields

Technical Skills

• SCADA Systems
• Solar Inverter Technology

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Attention to Detail

Certifications

• NABCEP Certified Solar PV Installer
• CPR and First Aid Certified

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Project Management Skills: Ability to manage small projects and coordinate installation schedules.
• Customer Relationship Management: Experience in maintaining positive customer relationships and follow-ups.
