Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Exchange Trouble Shooter to join our team. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Exchange Servers and ensuring smooth operations of email communication systems. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of Microsoft Exchange Server, excellent problem-solving skills, and a knack for delivering exceptional technical support.

Responsibilities

  • Support Microsoft Exchange server operations and performance.
  • Analyze system outages and implement recovery strategies.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to assess system integration.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation related to Exchange operations.
  • Actively monitor server performance and health metrics.
  • Participate in a rotation for on-call support.
  • Train end-users on efficient use of email services.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Additional certifications in Microsoft Exchange are a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in managing and troubleshooting Microsoft Exchange servers.
