Printed Circuit Board Panels Trimmer

Job Description

The Printed Circuit Board Panels Trimmer will be responsible for trimming excess material from printed circuit boards to ensure they meet customer specifications. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work with a variety of tools and machinery.

Responsibilities

• Trim and clean PCB panels to meet specific design requirements.
• Perform quality control checks on all trimmed boards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.
• Coordinate with the Quality Control team to resolve any discrepancies in product specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Assist with inventory control and material handling as needed.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in PCB fabrication

Technical Skills

• Experience with Automated Machinery
• Quality Control Processes

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems: Familiarity with quality standards that guide manufacturing processes.
• Experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC) Methods: Understanding of SPC methods to monitor and control production quality.
