Job Description

As a Crushing, Grinding, and Polishing Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender, you will oversee the operation of machinery while ensuring quality and safety in all processes. Your role is crucial in manufacturing as you will monitor, adjust, and troubleshoot equipment while performing regular inspections to maintain operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Run crushing and grinding machinery and monitor production quality.
• Perform troubleshooting and repairs when needed.
• Keep detailed logs of operations and any maintenance performed.
• Participate in safety training and uphold safety standards.
• Support quality assurance efforts by testing and inspecting materials.
• Work closely with the production manager to meet production goals.
• Provide feedback for equipment performance improvements.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training in machinery or manufacturing processes is a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years in a similar role is advantageous.
