Food Batchmaker (Pickling Solution Maker)

Job Description

We are actively seeking a detail-oriented Food Batchmaker, also known as a Pickling Solution Maker, to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will leverage their experience in the manufacturing industry to prepare, mix, and test chemical solutions that are pivotal to our pickling processes.

Responsibilities

• Mix and rigorously test various chemical solutions for pickling.
• Label and store all chemical mixtures according to stringent guidelines.
• Keep track of inventory and procure necessary materials on time.
• Carry out maintenance and repair work on production equipment.
• Follow all safety regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
• Work with cross-functional teams to align production goals.
• Document all production activities to ensure compliance and traceability.
• Educate incoming employees on pickling processes and safety measures.
• Consistently evaluate and enhance manufacturing processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
• Master's degree in related field preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in chemical solution production.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
