Job Description

We are seeking experienced Cutting and Slicing Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The successful candidates will operate and maintain grooving machines, ensuring high-quality production while adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor machine operations during production runs and make adjustments as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of production and machine maintenance.
• Coordinate with the quality control team to ensure product integrity.
• Adhere to all company policies regarding health, safety, and environment.
• Assist in scheduling maintenance checks and machine repairs.
• Provide feedback to management regarding operational efficiencies.
• Help in implementing new operating procedures to improve workflow.
• Contribute to a collaborative work environment and support team objectives.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience with CNC machines preferred.

Technical Skills

• CNC Machine Operation
• Grooving Machine Knowledge

Soft Skills

• Time Management
• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Different Grooving Machines: Experience operating various grooving machines such as saws, routers, or lathes.
• Material Handling Knowledge: Knowledge of material properties including wood, metal, or plastic.
