We are looking for a skilled Varnisher to join our dynamic team at Woodworks Manufacturing Co. In this role, you will take charge of applying high-quality finishes to wooden surfaces while adhering to specifications. Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and filling to guarantee proper adhesion of varnish.
• Apply multiple varnish coats to various finishes, ensuring a consistent look.
• Conduct final inspections to ensure product excellence before delivery.
• Document varnishing procedures to maintain quality standards.
• Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflows.
• Stay updated with industry trends and varnishing techniques.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Proven experience as a Varnisher or in a similar role is preferred

Languages

Advantageous
