Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create personalized shopping experiences for high-end clientele.
  • Develop an understanding of seasonal collections and key selling points.
  • Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems for transactions and inventory management.
  • Conduct follow-up communications with customers post-purchase.
  • Attend fashion shows and events to stay ahead of trends and practices.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and design teams to support brand initiatives.
  • Assist with visual merchandising efforts to enhance the store's aesthetic appeal.
  • Exhibit strong knowledge of accessories to complement clothing sales.
  • Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising or related field is a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a fashion retail environment
