Responsibilities

• Configure drilling machines based on job specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections and adjustments to machinery.
• Follow production schedules to meet delivery deadlines.
• Work closely with quality assurance to ensure product standards are met.
• Keep detailed records of production volumes and machine performance.
• Assist in testing new tools and equipment for production.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and practices.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Participate in training and development sessions.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification or associate degree in a related field preferred

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
