Job Description

As a Room Server in our hotel, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms. Your role is vital in providing a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensuring that their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the appearance and cleanliness of guest rooms meets company standards.
• Restock and replenish guest room supplies as needed.
• Handle guest feedback and inquiries in a professional manner.
• Participate in training and development activities to improve service skills.
• Maintain a positive attitude and approach to guest relations.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages to the supervisor.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in housekeeping or hotel industry preferred
