Job Description

As a Civil Engineer at Innovative Civil Solutions LLC, you will design and oversee construction projects, ensuring compliance with engineering principles, standards, and regulations. The position involves collaboration with architects, contractors, and other engineers to deliver top-quality projects that enhance community infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design civil engineering projects and prepare detailed drawings using AutoCAD and other design software.
• Conduct site surveys and assessments to gather relevant data.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop schedules and budgets, ensuring projects remain on track and within budget.
• Conduct feasibility studies and environmental assessments.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Prepare and present reports on project status and design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with contractors and construction teams during project implementation.
• Manage project timelines, resolving any issues that may arise during the development process.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in the civil engineering sector
