Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated First-Line Supervisor of Mechanics, Installers, and Repairers to lead our skilled team in ensuring efficient installations and repairs. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and high-quality standards, while fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise mechanics and installation teams to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Monitor compliance with legal and safety requirements.
  • Identify and resolve operational challenges to minimize downtime.
  • Facilitate communication between management and technical teams.
  • Assist in the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of staff.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports on installations and repairs.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs.
  • Ensure the team is equipped with necessary tools and resources.
  • Evaluate and enhance processes for improved efficiency.
  • Lead by example, promoting a culture of safety and excellence.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Professional certification in electrical systems is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in wire installation and maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
