Job Description

Join us as the Campus Dean at the University of Innovation, where you will oversee the administration of educational programs and lead faculty and staff in delivering high-quality student services. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance our academic offerings and maintain compliance with accreditation standards. The successful candidate will be a proactive leader dedicated to advancing the educational mission of the university.

Responsibilities

  • Lead academic operations while ensuring program integrity and quality.
  • Foster an inclusive culture that supports diverse learning needs.
  • Implement strategic initiatives to improve student engagement and success.
  • Collaborate with community organizations for joint educational initiatives.
  • Develop policies to enhance student support services.
  • Facilitate faculty workshops to encourage effective teaching practices.
  • Evaluate academic programs and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage budgetary allocations for academic departments.
  • Engage in public relations activities to promote campus achievements.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Education or related field
  • Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration is advantageous
Experience
  • At least five years in a leadership capacity in a university setting
