Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Admissions Director to oversee our admissions process for kindergarten through secondary education. This role will focus on recruiting qualified students while maintaining high standards of academic excellence.
Responsibilities
Manage the admissions budget and resources while providing detailed performance reports to senior leadership.
Implement effective marketing and promotional activities to enhance institutional visibility.
Evaluate and improve the admissions process by analyzing feedback and outcomes.
Oversee compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
Monitor and guide the admissions team to meet institutional objectives.
Fostering a collaborative work environment among admissions counselors and support staff.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, or related field
Master's degree is preferred

5+ years of experience in admissions management or recruitment
