Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Admissions Director to oversee our admissions process for kindergarten through secondary education. This role will focus on recruiting qualified students while maintaining high standards of academic excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the admissions budget and resources while providing detailed performance reports to senior leadership.
  • Implement effective marketing and promotional activities to enhance institutional visibility.
  • Evaluate and improve the admissions process by analyzing feedback and outcomes.
  • Oversee compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
  • Monitor and guide the admissions team to meet institutional objectives.
  • Fostering a collaborative work environment among admissions counselors and support staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, or related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in admissions management or recruitment
