Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Mud Plant Operator to oversee the mixing and blending of drilling fluids, ensuring they are of the highest quality to support ongoing drilling activities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient operation of mud blending equipment.
• Monitor and adjust fluid mixtures for optimal performance.
• Keep detailed logs of operations and fluid profiles.
• Lead safety meetings and enforce safety protocols.
• Actively engage with team members to solve operational challenges.
• Support inventory management and logistics for operational needs.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors on operational conditions.
• Assist in the implementation of new processes or technologies.
