• Participate in continuing education and professional development.

Requirements

Education

• Associate's degree in Nursing
• BSN is preferred

Experience

• 1+ years of clinical experience in nursing.

Technical Skills

• Wound Care
• IV Therapy

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Board Certification in Medical-Surgical Nursing (CMSRN)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Fluency in a second language (Spanish preferred): Able to communicate with Spanish-speaking patients and families.
• Experience with telehealth services: Knowledgeable in telehealth protocols and technology.
