We are looking for a passionate and skilled Medical Research Scientist to contribute to innovative research practices in Boston. The successful candidate will engage in comprehensive analysis of biological data, guide clinical studies, and work closely with healthcare professionals to translate findings into practical healthcare applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning and execution of clinical research projects.
• Develop and apply rigorous methodologies to gather and assess data.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to translate research outcomes into clinical practice.
• Publish research findings and contribute to scientific literature.
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
• Provide training on research methodologies to new staff.

Requirements

Education

• Ph.D. in Biomedical Science or related field
• Postdoctoral research experience preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in conducting clinical research

Certifications

• Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Regulatory Affairs: Understanding of FDA and similar regulatory body requirements.
• Previous Experience in a Pharmaceutical Company: Experience working within the pharmaceutical industry and understanding of drug development process.
