Job Description

As an IT Support Specialist at Tech Innovations Inc., you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, provide technical support to staff, and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems. This role requires a proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, helping to resolve issues efficiently and improve system performance.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the deployment of new PCs and software upgrades.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.
  • Provide after-hours support on a rotational basis as required.
  • Collaborate with the IT team on ongoing projects and initiatives.
  • Help troubleshoot remote access and connectivity issues for staff working from home.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Relevant certifications preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years in an IT support role
