We are looking for a detail-oriented Airfield Operations Specialist to oversee flight schedules, manage communication among stakeholders, and ensure adherence to safety regulations. This role is crucial in maintaining our commitment to excellence in aviation operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of efficient flight operations procedures.
• Liaise with airport authorities for gate assignments and operational logistics.
• Provide support for special flights and charters as needed.
• Train and mentor new staff in operational procedures.
• Maintain current knowledge of aviation regulations and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management or related field
• Flight Dispatcher certification (preferred)

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in flight operations coordination or a similar role
