Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Automobile Body Repair Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the repair shop, ensuring quality standards are met, and leading a team of technicians to deliver top-notch service to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Direct the repair shop's daily activities.
• Review work orders and approve repair materials.
• Train and mentor technicians on best practices.
• Conduct regular quality assessments on repairs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Act as a liaison between customers and the repair team.
• Implement strategies for improving operational efficiency.
• Assist in managing budgets and controlling costs.
• Foster a positive work environment and team culture.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Certifications in management or automotive technology preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of automotive repair experience, including supervisory experience

Languages

• English: Fluent
